Justice can never bring back life to those who were done wrong in an accident by holding a memorial with a flag attached to my son's coffin. there is no greater time to bring sorrow to someone who needed help. if you enter a murders house to arrest them then yes there can be an accidental killing. but if enter someone's house that's not a killer and you kill them for a minor offense then every eye in this nation will be watching your next response to this aggravated entry that makes the home a protected area without knowing that you would be shot for something other than being arrested. for what is more cowardly a gun upon someone or a knife drawn to kill. it is not our comfort to draw attention to where it should not be. we should hold practice for everybody holding a gun unto a criminal that holds a gun back.
